Cancellation policy

• Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the Conference Organizers. Email: tobba@atconferences.is
• Cancellations will receive a full refund less 20% administration fee. Substitutions can be made at any time.
• The Conference Organizers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the Conference.
• Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 72 hours before the arrival date (3 working days)
• Neither the organization of the conference nor Athygli Conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuation
